- 659 ITAs for healthcare and early childhood occupations (minimum score: 73)
This stream is designed for international graduates with Ontario job offers in TEER 0–3 occupations and does not require prior work experience.

Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills Stream – December 10
Ontario invited 14 candidates under the REDI pilot with a minimum score of 30, targeting occupations such as:

- Machine operators
- Food and beverage processing labourers

December 11 OINP Draws: 916 Invitations Issued
On December 11, Ontario conducted additional draws targeting candidates based on:
- Job location in Ontario
- Occupation shortages
- Ontario-based education and work experience
Only candidates currently residing in Canada were selected.

- Northern Ontario
- Southwestern Ontario
- Central Ontario (excluding the GTA)

Ontario focused on management, healthcare, HR, engineering, telecommunications, skilled trades, agriculture, and manufacturing supervisory roles.

These changes are still under discussion and have not yet been finalized or implemented.
