Nova Scotia: Your Dream Destination for Immigration

Ahoy there! Are you looking for a new place to call home with stunning natural beauty, affordable living, and plenty of opportunities? Look no further than Nova Scotia!

As immigration consultants, we at Earnest Immigration and Citizenship are here to guide you through the immigration pathways available in Nova Scotia. And trust us, you’ll want to make this place your permanent home.

First things first, let’s talk about the stunning natural beauty that surrounds you in Nova Scotia. With rolling seas, lush green forests, sparkling lakes, and sprawling farmland, you’ll never run out of breathtaking views. And let’s not forget about the seafood! Nova Scotia is home to some of the freshest and tastiest seafood in the world, including lobster, scallops, oysters, and mussels.

But what really sets Nova Scotia apart is its affordability. In fact, the cost of living here is one of the lowest in all of Canada. As of June 2020, the average value of a home in Nova Scotia was just $286,227, compared to $538,831 for all of Canada. Plus, with the highest number of farmers’ markets per capita in Canada, you’ll have access to delicious, locally grown produce at an affordable price.

But what about job opportunities, you may ask? Nova Scotia’s Labour Market Priorities stream selects candidates in the federal Express Entry system who meet the province’s labour market needs. This means that if you receive a Letter of Interest from the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration, you may be eligible to apply for nomination. To be eligible, you’ll need to meet the minimum work experience requirements of the Express Entry stream for which you qualify, demonstrate sufficient funds to establish yourself and your family in Nova Scotia, and have legal status in your current country of residence.

If you’re a physician, Nova Scotia has even more opportunities for you through the Labour Market Priorities stream for physicians. This stream selects physicians to apply for nomination through the federal Express Entry system, but only candidates with an approved offer from the Nova Scotia Health Authority or the IWK Health Centre who receive a Letter of Interest from Labour, Skills and Immigration (LSI) may apply.

And for those who dream of owning their own business, the Entrepreneur Stream is available for experienced business owners or senior business managers who want to live in Nova Scotia. To be eligible, you’ll need to have a net worth of at least $600,000 CAD and be able to invest at least $150,000 CAD of your own money to establish a business in Nova Scotia. After operating the business for a year, you may be nominated for permanent resident status.

Nova Scotia offers a little bit of everything: natural beauty, affordable living, job opportunities, and entrepreneurial opportunities. So why not make Nova Scotia your new home?
