Confidentiality: Clients are reminded that all information contained in their immigration applications is strictly confidential. Therefore, The application will only be shared with the applicant to maintain confidentiality.

Electronic Access: To facilitate the review process, clients may access their immigration applications electronically through secure digital platforms provided by Earnest Immigration. This ensures convenience while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of the application materials.

Guidance and Assistance: Our staff members will be available to provide guidance and assistance to clients during the review process. Clients are encouraged to seek clarification on any aspects of their applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.

Documentation: Clients may make notes or annotations on their immigration applications during the review session. They must provide notes to the case manager for any modifications. The applicant will not be permitted to alter the original applications themselves.

No Copies: Earnest Immigration will not provide hard copies of immigration applications to clients for any purpose other than review within our premises. This policy is enforced to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of the application materials.

Enforcement:

Clients who violate this policy may be subject to termination of services and forfeiture of fees paid for immigration services rendered by Earnest Immigration.

Review and Revision:
